Financial Details
We accept major credit cards, Master Card, Visa, and Discover for online & telephone purchases. We also accept USPS money orders. Money orders will need to clear processing before shipping.
Patriot Cannons products are sold in US Dollars. Purchasing any of our products online, over the phone or through the mail constitutes an agreement to the listed price at the time of purchase. Sale prices only apply to those specified items at the time of purchase and not to previously purchased items.
Maine sales tax will be charged for all instate purchases at the current rate of 5.5%. ***************************************************************************************************************************
Customization
Because our cannons are hand built one at a time, nearly all of our cannon models can be customized for you or your organization's specifications. We would be happy to discuss your ideas. Exotic woods, synthetic materials, engraving, wood burning, plaques and more are all possible. Please contact us directly for further information.

Firearms License and Restrictions
The United States Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (BATF) classifies our cannons as saluting & signaling devices, and thus not as a firearm or weapon. No license is required to purchase or own our cannons. Due to state and local restrictions however we cannot ship to Washington, District of Columbia; CA; HI; Chicago, IL; MA; MI; NJ; New York City, NY; Canada and Puerto Rico.

International Orders
Orders from within the 48 contiguous United States can be accepted on our website. For shipments to Alaska or Canada please contact us to make shipping arrangements. Please check if there are local restrictions where you live.
For orders to Canada the customer is responsible for all VAT or import taxes.

Parts & Repair
Your cannon and it’s components were handmade for you. Due to this process, the tools required and the safety concerns, we highly discourage our customers from servicing their own cannons. Attempting to make repairs yourself will void the warranty.

Patriot Cannons respects your privacy. We will not under any circumstances sell or release your personal information to anyone. All of the information obtained from our web site will be used for order processing purposes only. The only e-mail you will receive from Patriot Cannons are updates to any recent orders or product updates. At your choosing you may subscribe to our newsletters.

Return Policy
Patriot Cannons must be contacted first in regards to all returns.
Non-defective Items:
All non-defective, unused merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Items must be in the original packaging, in as-new, condition with the packing slip, manuals and related accessories.
Any non-defective, used merchandise (including cannons that have been fired) is subject to return at the sole discretion of Patriot Cannons within 30 days of reciept. Non-defective, used items that are accepted for return will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping & Handling costs for non-defective items cannot be refunded. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returning the item to us.
Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at Patriot Cannons.
Damaged & Defective Items:
Patriot Cannons strives to build a top quality product. Please contact us immediately if any items are received damaged or defective.

Shipping & Handling
We use UPS to ship your order. For your convenience we offer Ground, Three Day Select, Second Day Air and Next Day Air. All shipments are insured. The cost of insurance is calculated into your shipping total.
To protect our customers, all orders exceeding $150 require an adult signature upon delivery. In addition, all ammunition orders will require an adult signature. It is the customer's responsibility to make arrangements to accept delivery.
If your order requires special shipping arrangements such as Saturday delivery, please contact us for assistance.
Due to United States Department of Transportation and UPS regulations, orders containing blank shells are limited to Ground shipment.

Warranty Information
Patriot Cannons, LLC guarantees it's cannons to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase and will repair or replace, at its option, any cannon or part thereof having such a defect provided it has not been abused or misused and maintained according to instructions packaged with your cannon.
This is the sole warranty, and the manufacturer expressly disclaims any other warranty or representation, whether expressed or implied.
If your cannon requires warranty service please contact us for instructions on returning your cannon before shipping. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
